Delivery options and charges

The delivery options available for your address, and what each costs, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

When your order arrives

Any delivery time we give is an estimate. We will email you when your order is on its way. If something we cannot control delays it, we will let you know.

If you are out

The courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or try again — they will tell you which. If a parcel cannot be delivered and comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can — email us at sales@graystoneos.com, call us on 0115 693 0098 or write to us at 1B King Edward court, Nottingham NG1 1EW — and we will put it right.
